1. Registration

To participate only veterinarians are allowed. The registration must be in at latest 14 days before the course. Later registrations are possible only after telephone consultation. You get your announcing confirmation/invoice, description „how to find us“ and program as soon as possible, at last 14 days before beginning of course. Registrations are only obligatory after payment. If you pay after getting our invoice and not at the same time with your registration, we possibly accept other participant. Because on courses with limited number of participants the places will be assigned in order of payment. We will call you immediately, if we are fully booked and take you to our waiting list. We gladly confirm registration and payment on request by telephone.

2. Payment

3. Cancellation

With a written refusal until 14 days before beginning of course we refund the course fee to you less 25€ handling charge, with written refusal 13 to 7 days before less 25 per cent of fee. We ask for understanding that after that no refunding is possible. The date of postal entrance is relevant. Another person can substitute the place – please confirm written.

4. Program modification/liability

QiAcademy is allowed to cancel any course, if we have not enough registrations. Any participation is at your own risk. QiAcademy accepts no liability for personal injury or property damage (except gross negligence or intent.)

5. Certificate of participation

Your certificate of participation with indication of ATF/IVAS hours as well as handout you receive at conference office.

6. Publication Address

The participants agree to publishing their address to other participants. We also publish name and a possibility of contact at our homepage. We will be very happy if you also set link to QiAcademy on your own homepage.

7. Proviso

Please consider: Each effort is taken to accomplish the courses accordingly announced schedule. QiAcademy reserves nevertheless the right to adapt instructors, program, place etc. to unexpected events. QiAcademy can’t be made responsible for any resulting damage in case of the necessity to change course data. QiAcademy may reject participants because of important reasons.

8. Others

Please do not use your mobile phone during the lectures and deomstrations. You can bring your dogs as well. But please consider that they must be rather “balanced”. They must accept other dogs indoor and have e.g. no infections or vermins. All dogs must be on the leash.
